How do I cancel my trial or monthly subscription?
Canceling can be done easily, Contact Us You'll continue to have full access to The Innovations Socut until the end of your trial or current billing period. After cancellation, you'll retain access to your account until the next time you're ready to use The Innovation Scout.
How many users come with each plan?
ScoutBot and Professional include 1 user license. The Enterprise edition includes 3 user licenses. If you need more Contact Us, we can customize your plan to fit your needs. All users will have their own login and password.
Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee. There are no refunds on annual subscriptions.
Do you offer day passes or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?
At this time we do not offer "Day Passes". We do however offer discounted rates for annual subscriptions and all of our plans can be purchased on a month-to-month basis.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we do offer a discount when you sign up for an annual account.
Can I make a payment by invoice?
We’re happy to provide invoicing on our annual and Enterprise plans. Contact us to set up payment by check or bank transfer. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
